There is only one reason Democrats want noncitizen voting to be easier

Marc Elias , a lawyer who directed the creation of the Steele dossier that concocted false allegations to defeat President Donald Trump in the 2016 election, filed a lawsuit against Wyoming last week .

The challenge comes after Democrats sued to stop a similar law being implemented in Louisiana , and after all but four Democrats voted against a federal version of the policy in the House of Representatives .

Democrats downplay noncitizens voting, saying it is rare, but it is n’t .
