10 inmates escape from prison in New Orleans, at least four of them charged with murder or attempted murder

Ten inmates escaped from Orleans Parish Justice Center in New Orleans , Louisiana , on Friday morning .

At least four of them were charged with murder or attempted murder.

Sheriff Susan Hutson revealed the inmates had the help of people “inside of our department” Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill tweeted that “Someone clearly dropped the ball and there’s no excuse for this”.
