Jimmy Wayne Carwyle , 48 , pleaded not guilty to felony charges of stalking and vandalism.

He showed up to court shirtless and wrapped in a blanket, leading the presiding judge to order a mental evaluation.

The judge said that he was not allowed to have any contact with Jennifer Aniston under any conditions.

The gate-crashing incident occurred on Monday .

Aniston 's attorney declined to comment on the proceedings.
