He says there's no evidence that he's guilty of violent crimes, but is he a terrorist or vicious criminal? He says the government has no evidence linking him to MS-13 gang ; he's not even a member of the gang.

Navarro: It's not clear whether he's innocent or a good person, but it's wrong to deport him to a foreign prison.

He asks: If you were snatched up by ICE by mistake, you would want to prove the wrong person wrong.

Consider the case of Ernesto Arturo Miranda . He was a truly awful person. But so what? His case gave us the “Miranda rights” that are read to suspects upon arrest.
