"We're going to get answers": Texas Democrat presses ICE over an avowed "fascist" in its ranks

Texas Rep. Marc Veasey , D-Texas , says ICE prosecutor operating racist social media account.

ICE prosecutor James Joseph Rodden , a Dallas -area assistant chief counsel for removal cases, is accused of operating the account.

A Texas Observer investigation found that GlomarResponder has made a number of openly racist, xenophobic and pro-fascist posts on the platform since the account went live in 2012 .

ICE did not confirm Rodden 's employment to the Observer or release personnel records for him without his consent.

Veasey: "We don't understand why ICE won't just be transparent" He says the lack of transparency demonstrates that the Trump administration believes it doesn't have to be accountable to Congress .
