I’ve been working alone for about a year and my co-workers hate me. How can I get out of this?

Dear Good Job: How do I handle my boss’s condescension and focus some of her attention on my positive strengths and successes? She is blunt, harsh, and unprofessional when she delivers her criticisms.
If she won't stop asking for your daily report, you may need to be more direct: "Listen, it's great to see you and I appreciate your help, but I’ve got this".
