Aayden "Ada" Gallagher of Portland , Oregon , won the 200 M and 400 M races at the 6A-1 Portland Interscholastic League Championship last year .

On Wednesday , he won the 400 m race again, timing at 57.62 , a full seven seconds faster than Franklin High School’s Kinnaly Souphanthong , who ran the race in 1:05.72 .
