He called out the "corrupt group of hacks and radicals" in the federal government.

The president also called out former President Joe Biden and his far-left Attorney General Merrick Garland .

In his remarks, Trump also mentioned leftist attorney Marc Elias , who backs various lawfare campaigns to subvert election results.
