President Trump and Vice President Vance clashed with Ukrainian President Zelensky during White House meeting

President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance clashed with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky Friday during a White House meeting ostensibly devoted to a new mineral deal.

“Do you think that it’s respectful to come to the Oval Office of the United States of America and attack the administration that is trying to prevent the destruction of your country?” Vance : “Right now you guys are going around and forcing conscripts to the front lines because you have manpower problems.”.

Zelensky met with a bipartisan group of senators where they discussed military assistance for Ukraine and ending the war.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio was also present at the White House during the meetings.

Rubio said the mineral deal is good for both the Ukraine and the United States because it helps pay back the U.S. for its support of Ukraine .
