Republicans unveil articles of impeachment against three federal judges who have ruled against the Trump administration

House Republicans have unveiled articles of impeachment against three federal judges who have issued rulings against the President Donald Trump ’s second -term administration.

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) introduced his resolution accusing U.S. District Judge Amir Ali of “high crimes and misdemeanors” for blocking the Trump administration’s foreign aid pause.

The measure faults Ali for an order that “without merit marginalized the President's Article II authority,” according to the measure.
