White House senior adviser Stephen Miller spoke on Thursday about an idea that the administration is kicking around involving sending Americans “dividend checks” from wasteful spending.

Miller made the remarks when asked by a reporter about the dividend checks potentially giving taxpayers back 20% while another 20% would be used to pay down the debt.

“ Sixty percent is left, who gets that?” the reporter asked.
