Hochul’s $252B state budget offers cash for unions — but cuts for autistic kids

He says it's a relatively tiny fraction of the state’s massive $35 billion Medicaid budget for next year , much less of the gargantuan $252 billion state budget.

Benjamin is a former assemblyman and a current state assemblyman.
