Olivia Krolczyk files complaint with U.S. Department of Education after she was silenced at University of Washington

Olivia Krolczyk , a women’s rights advocate and ambassador with the Riley Gaines Center , filed a complaint on Tuesday morning with the Office of Civil Rights at the Department of Education .

She was scheduled to give a speech titled “ Protect Women from Men The Threat of Trans Agenda ,” on January 21 .

The 21-year-old was prevented from speaking by a mob of about 200 protesters, per the complaint.

The complaint, which was shared with The Daily Wire , says that the University of Washington failed to take “reasonable and necessary measures” to address the hostile environment.

Krolczyk began speaking out to protect women’s spaces after she received a failing grade on a project proposal in one of her courses at the University of Cincinnati for using the term “biological woman” She posted about the experience but was censored, as TikTok banned the post for supposed “community guideline violations”.
