Vacancy rates for 2024 in Mentor remained low and steady as in recent years in terms of retail, industrial and office space.

Mentor Economic Development Director Kevin Malecek calls it a continued positive sign for the city.

“The low vacancy rates in the single-digits for industrial, retail, office space in the city of Mentor are a demonstration of the continued health and vibrancy of the city’s economic ecosystem,” he said.
