Soros is a well-known left-wing critic of American society, a virtual prophet of suicidal anarchy.

Koch , posing as a patriot, is different. Koch just doesn’t want national security to get in the way of conducting his business with whomever he wants.

QIRS wants to erode American prosperity as well as security.
