COVID-19 lockdowns unleashed a wave of murder

A new report says lockdowns contributed to a surge in crime that temporarily reversed a decades -long decline in homicides in the U.S. J.D. Tuccille : Lockdowns caused a spike in crime after the 2020 riots sparked by the killing of George Floyd .
