McDaniel says the Amish have built hundreds of tiny homes for Cabins for Christ .

He says there's no indication the work of Amish is dangerous, that it would in any way harm public health or safety.

But the bureaucratic mindset dominates even there, even now: "For bureaucrats procedure is everything and outcomes are nothing," he says.
