The U.S. Army is spending $3 million to learn how to compost

$3 million has been allocated this year for “ Installation Composting for Land Resilience’ Part of a broader $14 million initiative spread over the next five years .

Joel Highfill : This misguided project is both a waste of taxpayer dollars, and a distraction from the military’s core task of providing combat capability to defend American security interests.
