Trump explains how he came to wear a garbage truck vest at a rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Former President Donald Trump was speaking at a rally in Green Bay , Wisconsin , where Hall of Fame former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre praised him.

Trump wore an orange vest that a garbage worker uses to drive a garbage truck.

The former president joked that the word "garbage" is a "stupid word".

President Trump tells the story of how the garbage truck and the orange vest came to be.
