Jill Biden was furious after Joe Biden embarrassed himself at a press conference on Thursday .

Biden held an impromptu press conference to address his mental fitness after the special counsel who was leading the investigation into his handling of classified material said in his report that he would not prosecute Biden in part because he had serious memory issues.
