Opinion: What are the polls saying about the Senate race, governor’s race and presidential race?

The Deseret News and Hinckley Institute of Politics released several surveys in Utah that are savory.

They say Utah voters are well-known, savvy, picky shoppers and not rushing the decision.

John Curtis , Brent Hatch and Brad Wilson are in the Senate race for the U.S. Senate .

Sheena Iyengar , Sheena Pignanelli: Whoever wins will have to earn it.

Many Americans and Utahns shudder at a possible rematch of the 2020 election, thereby promoting talk of third parties.

Reform party candidate Ross Perot did score second place in Utah in 1996 elections.

Alternative choices (especially anti-vax conservatives or environmentalist liberals) could pull votes from either major candidate.

But the question is likely moot. Utah is a deeply red state and Trump will likely prevail.
