Texas sues Pfizer and Tris Pharma for allegedly defrauding Medicaid through ADHD drug Quillivant

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says Pfizer and Tris doctored testing data on ADHD drug Quillivant.

Paxton said the pharma companies violated the Texas Health Care Program Fraud Prevention Act to get the drug past Texas drug regulations.

One of the plaintiffs named in the case, Relator Tarik Ahmed , used to work as head of technology for Tris.
