Jesus Ayala, 18, and Jzamir Keys, 16, seen laughing and flipping off victim’s family in Las Vegas court

Jesus Ayala , 18 , and Jzamir Keys , 16 , are accused of running over and killing Andreas "Andy" Probst , 64 , a former police chief, while he was on his bike ride in Las Vegas on August 14 .

In court on Tuesday , the teens could be seen smiling, giggling while covering their mouths, and conversing with each other.

Ayala also pointed his middle finger toward the victim’s widow, Crystal Probst .

Probst was a 35-year law enforcement veteran and headed the police force in Bell , California .
