Dean Obeidallah: Justice Protasiewicz should recuse herself from Wisconsin case

Julian Zelizer : Justice Janet Protasiewicz is considering a motion to recuse from a case involving the state’s legislative districts.

Zelizer says she called the maps “gerrymandered,” “rigged” and “unfair” in the campaign trail.

He says the Democratic Party of Wisconsin gave almost $10 million to her campaign, and Democrats loath to see her recuse.
