Michael Mukasey wrote an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal on Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment .

Yale Law Professor Akhil Reed Amar published a new podcast about Section 3 on Wednesday, September 13 .

Professor Tillman and Professor Blackman argued that the President is not an "Officer of the United States " for purposes of Section 3 .

Erev Rosh Hashanah: "This is a genuinely stupid argument on the merits, I'm going to demolish it" Amar: "It's embarrassing that someone so distinguished [as Mukasey ] at the end of.. their career would say something like this and so prominent to place" Amar is a full professor with tenure at a sizable law school with a sizable endowment.

He calls positions he disagrees with as "daft," "stupid," "embarrassing," "silly," and so on.
