President Biden should be in Papua New Guinea today, the first U.S. leader ever to visit that South Pacific country which saw some of the most furious fighting between Japan and the Allies during World War II.
Biden and the lame-duck Congress agreed to raise the debt limit by $2.5 trillion to $31.4 trillion on Dec. 16, 2021.
