69 percent of Americans say American dream is not dead

69 percent of Americans say they have either achieved the American Dream or are on their way to achieving it, according to the Archbridge Institute's annual American Dream Snapshot .

The majority of respondents also believe the concept of American Dream has the power to unite Americans "around a shared belief, regardless ofdifferent backgrounds and viewpoints".
