Dear Care and Feeding : My son is a light sleeper who has never slept as many hours as we’d like.
He sleeps in his own room, but typically wakes up 2 -3 times a night and calls/cries for us.
So far he’s been hitting most of his milestones in a very average way.
His pediatrician says that his verbal skills and motor skills are both average.
Your 10-year-old son is not drinking enough water during the day .
His dehydration problems range from having to sit out of fun activities to having to be sent home.
He loves camp and doesn’t want to miss activities, but it’s a serious issue both for him and for the camp.
You no longer have to get up multiple times a night to go comfort your kid.
