XRP Lawsuit: Judge Torres Likely To Approve Joint Motion, Says Lawyer

XRP lawyer Bill Morgan anticipates that Judge Analisa Torres will likely approve the joint motion filed by Ripple and the SEC in the XRP lawsuit.
On June 12 , Ripple and SEC jointly requested a Manhattan District Court to lift the injunction in their prolonged legal dispute.
They also requested to release the $125 million civil penalty from escrow.
