The Highland club was placed in administration in October after running up large debts.
Administrators warned the future of the club was at "significant risk" ICT under manager Billy Dodds did reach the Scottish Cup final in 2023 , but lost 3-1 to Celtic .
Administrators BDO say agreements have been reached with creditors.
Alan Savage , a former Caley Jags chairman, was named preferred bidder to buy ICT back in April .
He has been named acting chairman and has set out his team's plans for generating more revenue.
Inverness fought its way to seventh and the chance of playing League 1 football again.
