The 2025 Derby takes place on Saturday , 7 June at 15:30 BST at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey .
The one -and-a-half mile race is open to three-year-old horses only.
Early favourite Delacroix will be ridden by Ryan Moore as one of three O'Brien -trained horses.
A total of 19 runners have been declared for the race.
There will be commentary of the Derby on BBC Radio 5 Live, as well as Coronation Cup ( 14:40 ) and Oaks ( 16:00 ) Full racecards, results and reports will all be available on the BBC Sport website and app.
