Two more arrests after car hits pedestrians in Leicester

Three people were left with serious injuries and one with minor injuries, police said.
A 31-year-old man had already been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Two more people have now been arrested and remain in police custody, officers said.
