Beyond sporting performance, AI can revolutionize judging and refereeing, thereby strengthening fairness in sport.

In table tennis, we managed for the first time to really show the spin of the ball in table tennis.

In the winter sports, I don’t think it has ever been used, something like that before.

IOC is working with all Winter Olympic sport federations on possible technological advances before Milan Cortina .

In hockey, a puck-tracking system is under discussion, and if implemented for a Winter Olympics , would be a first .

In short track speed skating, the IOC is looking at using AI models to make judging easier and provide the right data for judges to make decisions.
