Bell: Say what?! Alberta Pension Plan now backed by most Albertans

A poll commissioned by the Alberta government finds 55 per cent support for replacing the Canada Pension Plan with an Alberta Pension Plan.
The poll was conducted by Trend Research under the direction of the well-respected Janet Brown .
Alberta Premier Danielle Smith was not seeing an appetite to put the pension question to the people.
Smith said the lack of appetite for a vote could partly be because of lack of detail on how much money Alberta would receive from Ottawa .
