Casandra Ventura took the stand on Tuesday in Sean "Diddy" Combs' sex trafficking trial.
She accused the rapper of controlling her life and coercing her into "humiliating" sex acts.
Mr Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Ms Ventura , now 38 , is pregnant with her third child.
Ms Ventura said she would take the lead on which escorts she hired because Mr Combs was "very busy" She said he chose the outfits she wore - down to the extremely high heels she kept on for hours - as well as the sexual acts that transpired.
Ms Ventura is expected to continue her testimony on Wednesday , when she could also face cross-examination.
