Investment banks lift China growth outlook after surprise trade deal with U.S.

UBS believes China 's GDP growth in 2025 could climb to between 3.7% to 4% , up from a previous base case of 3.4% Morgan Stanley has also made some upside revisions to its near-term GDP forecasts.
Some experts, however, cautioned that the deal could just be a temporary reprieve, and not a real breakthrough.
