Biden touts ‘close’ relationship with Harris, but 'not surprised' by her election loss

70% Informative
Biden says he was not surprised by Kamala Harris' loss in 2024 presidential election.
He says he still thinks he would have beaten Donald Trump if he'd stayed in the race.
Biden also says he and Harris had "frequent" conversations, but stopped short of sharing which route he hopes she takes.
Progressive Change Campaign Committee co-founder says Biden is in "denial" over his and Harris ' viability.
"We'd argue like hell, by the way," Biden said, stressing that the disagreements were all signs of a positive working relationship.
Biden did not answer directly when asked about tension between him and other longtime supporters, including former President Barack Obama , his administration he served in as vice president.
"I thought it was better to put the country ahead of my interest," he said.
