General manager Bill Armstrong says it's a "game-changer" for the team.
The team has over $22 million in salary cap room, and with Ryan Smith's ownership group in charge, there's every indication Utah can spend to the cap.
"You’ve got a chance to get a real game-changer," Armstrong says.
