Lightning left wing Brandon Hagel missed Game 4 of Tampa Bay's first -round playoff series against Florida .
Hagel returned from a one -game suspension for the hit he put on Aleksander Barkov .
Florida 's Aaron Ekblad targeted his head and ran his elbow into it, knocking Hagel from Game 4 with a concussion.
“Just purposely going for someone's head, it's as bad as it gets,” Hagel said.
Hagel: "That was as purposeful as you could possibly see a head shot, to say the least" Hagel said he hasn't heard from Ekblad , who has dealt with concussions in the past, or any other player on the Panthers .
