The Three Seas Initiative (TSI ) a regional forum made up of 13 member states around the European Union’s eastern flank has marked the tenth anniversary of its founding with a summit in Warsaw .
The group announced that it is expanding to include two new associate countries Montenegro and Albania and two new strategic partners Turkey and Spain .
TSI was launched in 2015 by newly elected Polish President Andrzej Duda and his Croatian counterpart Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovi .
Deputy foreign minister suggested that Hungary could leave the EU and NATO and “form a union with Putin ’s Putin ” His remarks came after Orbán called Poland hypocritical for criticising Hungary 's relations with Moscow while itself buying Russian oil.
