President Donald Trump eclipsed 90 days back in the White House on Monday and ran up against deadlines pertaining to eight executive orders he issued on Jan. 20 .
The president took dozens of executive actions on his first day in office, but eight of those set 90-day deadlines for federal departments and agencies to submit progress reports on implementation.
Executive order on energy directed all federal departments and agencies to pause disbursement of funds from Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act and the 2021 bipartisan infrastructure law.
Agency heads were given 90 days to submit reports to the National Economic Council and OMB detailing the review.
The White House declined to answer questions about the status of the reports and recommendations.
