Appeals court says Trump administration's claims in case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia should be "shocking" to Americans

Kilmar Abrego Garcia came to the U.S. unlawfully in 2011 and was arrested by immigration authorities in March .
He was released from immigration custody in October 2019 and granted withholding of removal by an immigration judge.
The case has exploded simmering tensions between the federal judiciary and the Trump administration.
