Judge weighs Tufts student's bid for release during challenge to detention

She was transported to Methuen , Massachusetts and then to Lebanon , New Hampshire , according to court filings.
The following morning , she was flown to Louisiana , where she was transferred to the immigration detention facility in Basile .
