Signs of a more buyer-friendly housing market emerge for the spring homebuying season

Listings jumped between 44% and 68% in many large metro areas, including San Diego , Las Vegas , Atlanta and Washington D.C. The median listing price was down last month from a year earlier in most of the nation's biggest 50 metro areas.
