Trump administration ends civil rights agreement for Native students in South Dakota

The voluntary agreement had been signed after a years -long federal probe of Rapid City Public Schools.
The move by the Trump administration drew outrage from an advocacy group based in Rapid City .

Swigert was placed on administrative leave in July and fired in August .
