NK cells complexed with bispecific antibody yield high response rates in patients with lymphoma Phase I trial demonstrates AFM13-NK cells are safe and highly effective in heavily pretreated patients.

Pre-complexed NK cells are more readily able to find and eliminate CD30-positive lymphoma cells.

"Our trial showed the favorable safety profile and encouraging activity of AFM13-NK cells in patients with heavily pretreated refractory CD30-positive Hodgkin lymphoma ," Nieto said.

"This approach, involving cytokine-induced memory cord blood-derived NK cells, holds promise for the treatment," he said.
