SpaceX Took a Big Step Toward Reusing Starship’s Super Heavy Booster

74% Informative
SpaceX test-fired a "flight-proven" Super Heavy booster for the first time Thursday .
The booster is the largest rocket booster ever built and could soon be used for a reflight.
The rocket's upper stage, known as the Starship , has suffered back-to-back failures.
SpaceX has closed out its investigation into the January test flight that cut short the January flight.
The FAA says the probable root cause was stronger than anticipated vibrations that led to increased stress on, and failure of, the propulsion system.
The next test flight of Starship , Flight 9, is probably at least a month away.
