Why no one is challenging Trump's executive order that keeps TikTok online in the U.S.

President Donald Trump gave the platform a reprieve, barreling past a law that was passed in Congress and upheld unanimously by the Supreme Court .
The Republican president’s executive orders have spurred more than 130 lawsuits in the little more than two months he has been in office.
None of those suits challenges his temporary block of the law that banned the popular social video app.
Democratic lawmakers say Apple , Google and Oracle could face hundreds of billions of dollars in legal liability for facilitating TikTok ’s operations.
