Hospitality sector secures new contract deal, pay hikes

Finnish Hospitality Association and Service Union United PAM have agreed to a new collective bargaining agreement for workers in the travel, restaurant and leisure industries.
The new contract went into effect on Tuesday 1 April and will be valid for three years , until 31 March 2028 .
Salaries of employees and supervisors in the sector will rise by 7.8 percent during the duration of the agreement.
