Florida special election leaves Republicans anxious

66% Informative
Florida election upset could threaten President Donald Trump 's agenda.
Josh Weil , a Democratic congressional candidate, could flip a Republican congressional seat in Tuesday 's special election.
If he does, Democrats would take a big step closer to a majority in the narrowly divided House .
Weil has raised about $10 m in campaign donations, dwarfing Republican opponent Randy Fine , a Florida state senator.
Both Democrats and Republicans jockeyed to frame the results in the best light for their party.
Conservatives downplayed the national implications of the race and placed blame on Fine, who has been accused of running a lacklustre campaign.
Meanwhile, Democrats are declaring a victory at least, the moral variety.
